Use of ashwgandha
I m taking nexito 10 alongwith Clonazepam 0.5 mg daily.
Can i use ashwagandha tablets alongwith my regular medicine. I am also taking BP medicine. My BP in control.
Kindly suggest whether I should take the same Or not. Also advice whether ashwagandha causes gastric issues.

Interactions between allopathic medications are a known factor and the treating doctor will be able to guide you . I have seen a lot of people using ashwagandha and other popular Ayurvedic medicines and to my knowledge I have not seen any obvious side effects with Ashwagandha and Nexito. But if you develop any unusual symptoms , do discuss with your treating doctor
