My friend got to know he got
kidney stone in right kidney -4.5 mm , non obstructing since 2 years . He joined gym and undergoing fatloss program with personal trainer . As part of that , he was suggested to use whey protein , pre work out supplements and
creatinine supplement for 3-4 months . We have being seeing mixed reviews on creatinine and pre work out supplements. Can he use it ? If not what are the alternatives?
