Basic urine tests are usually required before reaching a conclusion.
If the problem persists or worsens, consultation with a General Physician is advised. You may consult me through Practo for further evaluation.

As a gynecologist, I frequently see this in young women, the most probable cause is a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) or cystitis, which can present as urgency even without typical burning.
Next Steps
See your GP/Gynecologist for a urinalysis to rule out a UTI, while drinking plenty of plain water and avoiding caffeine until your symptoms resolve.
Health Tips
Practice urgency suppression by doing quick pelvic floor squeezes rather than rushing to the bathroom, and stay hydrated with plain water to avoid bladder-irritating concentrated urine.
Frequent urge to pass urine every 30–60 minutes can be due to common causes such as increased fluid intake, urinary tract infection (UTI), bladder irritation, or anxiety. Since there is no past medical history, medications, or allergies reported, a simple and treatable cause is likely. Presence or absence of burning sensation, pain, fever, lower abdominal pain, or change in urine color/odor is important to know.
Next Steps
Get a urine routine examination and urine culture done
• Maintain adequate hydration (2–3 liters/day)
• Avoid holding urine for long periods
• Consult a doctor with test reports for further treatment if symptoms persist
Health Tips
Avoid excess caffeine, soft drinks, and spicy foods
• Maintain proper genital hygiene
• Do not self-medicate with antibiotics
• Seek immediate care if there is burning while urinating, fever, blood in urine, or pain
If there's no complaints of fever, burning sensation in urine, any discharge per vagina or menstrual irregularities just get a urine routine and microscopic examination and a fasting sugar levels.
And review with reports.
