Urine test and cultured showed fine
Having a difficult time peeing almost feels like I'm straining but no pain except left testicle. Has been like this for atleast a year. Recently noticed small skin colored bumps on penis. Not painful but slight red rash underneath and tightness/numbing going back toward anus. Hasn't really caused any problems just more discomforting. What should I do
