Urine reports does it suggest infections
Hi doctors, I had urine infection in November last year for a month enterococcus bacteria was thr, it got cleared slowly like a month after antibiotics and drinking plenty of water Now again I was having mild burning sensation in the vulva tht is outer region of vagina in the right side mild burning right after my periods, thought it was pad rashes but didn't go away in a week so gave for testing please please check the reports attached n let me know if drinking water would be sufficient or I need medicines. I couldn't attach files so typing the report details.please let me know Urine culture gave for test after a week of symptom tht is burning sensation started almost I can say inner thigh part right side corner in vulva where thigh n vulva meet. Culture report : Few pus cells, no microorganisms seen Observations: no bacteria/organisms growth in 48 hours period under 37°c Routine report : PH is 6 Appearance : slightly turbid Pus cells:4-6

No need to take antibiotics. You can take urinary alkaliser fir burning sensation.
