Respected sir my name is Priya Kumari and I m 30 years old. My creatinine level is 2.58 but now it's under control 1.63 but my urine protein leakage. I attached a report please see and suggest me needful.

It's better to do USG of lower abdomen to see for kidney size, if it's normal size with maintained cortico medullary differentiation, then ideally you merit kidney biopsy.
