Urine problems, palipitations

I have a trouble with my poop i feel burning sensation around my anal after/during defecation Around 4 days, i do also have a problem with my urination as well urinating several times and sometimes with burning sensation, i also am expiriencing palipitations whenever i exert too much effort or when im excited. I have under went endoscopy last may, i had some inflamation in my stomach lining

Have plenty of fluids....use potrate MB 6syrup two teaspoons three times a day with Water.have lots of fibre in your diet in form of salad...also eat less spicy food..avoid smoking and drinking alcohol...
