Urine problem during and after pregnancy

I am going thru urine prblm from my pregnancy and even after delivery. Its been 6 months for my delivery. My scan is normal. I empty my bladder properly. After urinating i hv a sense ki i hv to urinate more. Then i strain few drops come nd sometimes it dont come even after straining. I hv that urge in vagina which i keep ignoring. Symptoms aggravates before, during and after periods. It also increases after taking antibiotics. Once it minimised with probiotics supplements. I hv some calcification in cervix in the scan. One gyneac said i hv some erosion in cervix but now its not there. I dont hv prolapse or dysegnic. My urine routine show few bacteria culture comes negative. I hv mild leucohrea. Vaginal culture also negative. I hv lots of antibiotics before but prblm didnt get solved instead increased. Nd nw all antibiotics shows resistant. Wat prblm i hv. Which test shld i do. In 6th month my cervical cerclage was done after that this prblems. i was given lots of hormones per day.
