Urine not pass clearly

Asked for Male, 28 Years

If bladder's urine not realase at one time can i feel pain at lower ? If yes what i do for draining the urine at A time also feeling pain when urination urine' culture and routine test done result 'ok' also done uroflowmetry this is also ok and USG KUB *PVR here pvr is 109cc . Taking alfuzosin10two month but problem still alive and doctor telling only take plenty of water but no result. I think my urethra is narrow in place where penis end and testicle start sir what test required for test urethral blockage or break.
