  4. Urine leaking. I contact for this?

Urine leaking
Small amounts of urine leaks even after urinating. There a constant urge to urinate. This has also resulted in perineal fungal infection on inner thighs and lower abdomen. The fungal infection causes severe itching abd foul smell. What could be the probable reason. And whom should i contact for this?
