Urine leakage in young male
I am having urine leakage during sleep everyday at night and thus no urge to urinate in the morning. Previously I used to have a good urine urge in the morning. I have also noticed urine leakage throughout the day a few drops especially when suddenly changing positions. Ultrasound whole abdomen reports normal, only fatty liver.Prostate (2.9*2.0*2.4)cm 08cc Urine routine and culture test normal Random sugar test normal Uroflowmetry report says DECREASED FLOW(I am sharing report picture) Please tell me what are the possible causes and the diagnosis. What is the treatment. Please guide me as I am 27 years old and very much worried with this problem.

i would suggest 1)drink 3-4 liters per day (not once) every few hours.dehydration may leads to concentrated urine which leads to bladder irritation 2) train urinary habbit like u empty eveey day one particular time..(bladder training).for suppose u empty daily after bed, afternoon and before bed.. if theese not help you, should go for cystoscopy and neurological evaluation.
