Yes it's normal as long as you don't have symptoms. Your urine pus cells and epithelial cells are within normal range.
Next Steps
There's an entity called asymptomatic bacteriuria where the urine culture shows colony count of more than 1 lakh per ml but you will be asymptomatic. This needs to be treated especially in pregnancy. I would suggest you to send urine for culture sensitivity if you feel that you may have UTI.
