Urine infection
Doctor my sister had fever only at night for the past 8days. My doctor said she had urine infection and gave her T Bactrim d.s pills to make the fever subside and cure infection but it doesn't work out. He then asked her to take Amikacin injection but still she has fever. Can you please check the urine test report and suggest us the right medication.I will attach the test report taken in frequent intervals here.

She need to start antifungal medication as well like Tab Fluka 150 mg once daily for 1 week. And also continue other medication as before . Also do fever penel test like malaria/dengue/typhoid test as well.
