Urine Infection
After spinal injury 10 months ago, loss of sensation of urine. Pass urine by pressure. Also use one time catheter in the morning. Also have constipation. Problem is urine infection. It occurs 20 to 30 days after taking medicine : Cranfit and netro. At present I am taking medicine: Verifica-SR (1 M), Rosuvas (1 M), Cranfit (1 M), Pruase (1 E), Urotone (1/2 M & E). Suggest how to prevent urine infection or any other medicine.

You should opt for suprapubic catheterisation. Regular CIC increases the chances of infection even though done properly.

Do cic more frequently depending on whether you are able to pass urine normally or not . Do ultrasound post void residual urine . Use new catheter every time for cic . Avoid constipation . Don't treat asymptomatic bacteriuria
