Urine incontinence since early childhood
Hi, my cousin was born without anus which was surgically created and from then on he had issues with peeing, doctors say that there is some nerve that controls it and it is either not there or paralysed or damaged. So, he cannot the control urine flow. Now his creatinine is shooting up(13+) and we don't know what to do. I read on my own about urine incontinence and its surgeries but I don't know what can be done next. Can someone please guide me if there is any solution to his problem. Thanks.

Creatinine 13 !!!! Likely he had urinary bladder pathology but now if creatinine is 13, his kidneys have failed. Show him urgently to a Nephrologist before he develops complications of kidney failure
