The symptoms are suggestive of Overactive bladder.
The reasons for the same could be infection, stones, neurological diseases etc.

Initial therapy for Overactive bladder involves pelvic floor muscle exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Also, these exercises will help in inhibiting the urge to pass urine.
