Urine comes in yellow colour and normal

Daily my urine comes in yellow colour for some times and few minutes later it's comes in water colour.when yellow colour my penis having lite much painfor few mints.why it's coming to me? I am drinks water daily 4lts of water.give me suggestions.past year I get uti infection and i normal now.doctors given for 3 months also.but now why it's coming any causes to me .Did I can sex normally with a girl?
