  4. Urine albumin. Creatine levels are fine!

My brother is 32 he is diabetic since last 2 years his sugar levels are good since his diagnosis but recent urine routine has showed a positive albumin which wasn't present 3 months before is it symptom of kidney disease please someone help he is very much tensed his creatine levels are fine
