Dear Doctor, We have just got report of urine test for my 31 week pregnant wife and report was Urine Albumin +++. She has got swelling in her legs more then normal. I am afraid, please suggest!

This s albuminuria which cn lead to hypoproteinuria and hence the swelling. Get her blood pressure checked..If the pressures are normal not much to worry about.. Also get done urine spot protein/creatinine ratio and KFT
