Urination & itchy vagina
Hello Doctor, on 31st March I & my fiance had sex. After that I felt to urinate, but when i went i felt a burning sensation when passing out the urine & also when the urination stopped, my urine was very yellow and had foul odor not like the usual odor. Even i had a very little urination. Since that day i have been experiencing same burning feeling & the urge to urinate frequently. But little comes out. Also since that day my vagina has been itching too. Please let me know the conditions and about the treatment i should go for. I am very worried. Thank you.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It could be a urinary tract infection. But for the treatment, we need to confirm it. So get a urine routine, microscopy and culture and sensitivity test done. Revert back with reports and i shall help you out. Get the tests done at the earliest. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
