Sir, I'm facing some problem form 3-4 days. I'm felling Strong and frequent urge to urinate. And there have some infection in my penis. Sir please help me.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Yes it could be a urinary tract infection. As of now you can start taking syp. Citralka 10 ml in 100ml water thrice a day. Drink lemonade and cranberry juice. Get a urine complete test done and come back to me with the reports so that i can prescribe you further. Best regards.
