In pyelonephritis you may need IV antibiotics for at least 10-14 days . Pseudomonas is a very notorious bacteria, difficult to eradicate so please don’t take your decision, follow your doctor’s advice and take treatment. If fever is not there and WBC are normal then rest of antibiotics can be taken at home but IV only for remaining course.
