Urinary tract infection problem

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have urinary tract infection problem in which the red spot observed on penis shaft and this looks like a red rash. Also previously I took treatment for pubic lice (crab)problem 6 months before. But again same problem occur now. Is is this is problem of any Sti or STD. Please suggest where these sti or STD testing carried out. Both problems occur again and again after treatment.
