Asked for Female, 34 Years

I have been suffering with a UTI for the past 10 days...when I pass urine the pain is unbearable...it feels like a knife is entering my vagina...please suggest the fastest pain killer tablets...my vagina burns all the time...I can't sit or stand as it is soooooo uncomfortable...please suggest tablets which will cure my pain in 1 hour...
