I am having urinary tract infection from 6 0r 7 days.In a hospital doctor prescribed me Tamsolusin..ofloxin plus cefixime.Before tsking these medicines i would easily ejaculate or cum during sex with my wife but after taking these medicines i am unable to ejaculate only a watery fluid comes out of my penis.
