Urinary tract infection

Hi i am suffering from UTI. There is lot of pain when I am urinating especially towards the end of urination. I think I have fever and the pain is giving me chills. Please assist. I need some antibiotics.

Urine routine and culture sensitivity needs to be done..after giving urine sample u can start taking tab nitrofurantoin 100mg twice a day..tab pcm 500mg for fever.. follow up with urologist with above reports..may need usg kub to be done
