Hello Doctor,
Recently I have tested for UTI and detected that bacteria are present and it's was +<20 and medicine was given for that disodium hydrogen citrate liquid cital . What next should be done .

Infection can be confirmed only with culture test. It will show which bacteria is present and which antibiotic is it sensitive to. Take antibiotics accordingly. You should also take adequate fluids. Do not hold urine for a long time. Stagnant urine will cause infection.
