Urinary tract infection
Have been experiencing urine burn since two weeks,should I take antibiotics,as I had a bad UTI about two years ago for which my doctor advised antibiotics and alkaline water for a week.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You need to drink plenty of fluids.
Syp. Citralka 10 ml in 100 ml water thrice a day.
Coconut water, lemonade will also help.
Just make sure you are drinking at least 3 litres of fluids.
Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
