I m 22 years old, I have jock itch from past few weeks and recently I have been experiencing mild pain in the testicles but my urination is normal and no signs of blood or any burning sensation while urinating.Is it because of jock itch or of any other concern?

May be a condition called tinea cruris. See a dermatologist nearby, if not possible apply Zole F ointment for relief and take Tab. Flucon 200mg once a day for 5 days
