Urinary infection, Persitant fever

Asked for Female, 2 Years

My daughter was diagnose with urinary infection. Doc changed the antibiotic following urine culture report. Meanwhile she developed cough also. It been two days after starting new antibiotic, still fever is coming. Would like to know if this medication is suiting her.

Cough may b due to viral respiratory infection..antibiotic response for urine infection may take few days..wait for a day or two..meanwhile cough syp prescribed by doctor may help.
