My 5 month baby having Fever & infection
My baby girl is having infection and fever continuosly from 3 days right after 10 weeks vaccination. Doctor suggested paracetamol and antibiotics drops.
She was born premature at 31 weeks. Please guide me if this treatment is correct and how long it takes for the cure.

Age of baby? Depends on what infection. Viral fevers need only paracetamol. Antibiotics if suspecting bacterial infection
