My wife is 5 month pregnant and has fever from last 3 days. Earlier treated for ebv+, pregnancy of anemia, jaundice and fever. Latest report shows urinary infection. Fever from last 3 days. Giving pcm bottle and urinary antibiotic injection which lasts and prevents fever for 4 hours and dolo prevents fever for 3 hours. But still no change in her health condition.

Better to do one urine culture and usg abdomen to note any pyelonephritic changes.Take treatment according to your Gynaecologist and antibiotic injection may continue till 14 days according to the infection.Relax ,drink lots of water.
Antibiotic will take 2-4 days to act, till then you can have intermittent fever. Continue antibiotic but still if fever comes than do urine culture and sensitivity
