Urinary infection and fever
The one year old baby boy has been suffering from repeated urinary infection. Now its a third time treated with antibiotics. The clinic doctor referred for a paediatric surgeon. Pus cell count up-to 5 are normal.
If it's more than that,then probably UTI.
No,tight foreskin,called phimosis will not cause UTI,but do retract the skin while bathing him,but do it gradually it should open completely only by 3 years of age.
