Urinary infection and fever
The one year old baby boy has been suffering from repeated urinary infection. Now its a third time treated with antibiotics. The clinic doctor referred for a paediatric surgeon. Surgeon suggested to perform MCU test and reports are normal. Two days After MCU test again the pus cell count is 4-5. Again the baby is suffering from fever. What may be the possible cause of infection. His genital skin doesn't slip back.. Is that the possible reason...

Pus cell count up-to 5 are normal. If it's more than that,then probably UTI. No,tight foreskin,called phimosis will not cause UTI,but do retract the skin while bathing him,but do it gradually it should open completely only by 3 years of age.
