Urinary infection
After watching vedio on you tube..I went for cranberry dry fruits but it didn't work for me yet.Shall I go for antibiotics or I should test for UTI first?

Test for urinary infection first. Cranberry is know to work in SOME cases to PREVENT UTI. It does not treat UTI. Plus you are young, the systems of UTI may easily mask a stone or stricture. Most of the videos have unscientific non sense, with careless distribution of false and potentially harmful medical knowledge.
Be smart, consult a urologist.
