Urinary and prostate discomfort
Over the past 10 years I've experienced sharp pain in my prostate area and when I urinate. ( It comes and goes). Due to the described symptoms, my doctor checked my prostate and found nothing. Years later and the same thing is happening. I limit myself to carbonated drinks bc they seem to trigger something and at times I'll take urinary tract infection supplements called Azo cranberry urinary health. I've even felt the pain after ejaculation. I look forward to receiving your response.

You need to rule out a urethral stricture. So do a Uroflowmetry and post void residual urine assessment. Visit a Urologist nearby.
