Uric acid high
Sir, two days ago i found d uric acid level of my wife (29 years old) as 6.0 mg/dl. Is it too high in comparison to her age and does she need to take any medicine as of now to lower it..Moreover what type of diet is preferable for her and what type of food she should avoid? Presently she is physically almost fine.. Her present creatinine level is 0.8 n she does not hv sugar or thyroid prblms...

It appears ok,just on higher side of normal and not high,it may vary as per purine content in diet &blood. Take adequate fluid intake. Avoid   excess of non veg, Keep watch on weight Take fresh fruits Milk &dairy products without fat
