I'm 48 and have a minor knee pain since last 4 months. I used to drink 120-150ml of alcohol almost everyday (5-6 days a week) since last 6 months.
I have some mental stress and load since the death of my father one year back, as I have to attend the agriculture calls along with my business that I have been doing since last 2 decades.
