Uric acid and kidney stones
Uric acid in blood is 9 and kidney stones forming every 6 months .. one doc telling me to have milk and avoid chicken as the kidney stone tested having uric acid type but another doc telling me to avoid milk products ... kindly help me on the that kidney stones app 2-3 mm 1. for protein and muscle building what can we can ? 2. foods to be taken and avoided for uric acid formed kidney stones ? 3. if i have 3 lites of water , almost have to pass 6 to 7 times urine is that ok? 4. do we have to reduce salt intake , what is the salt intake in a day for patient like me? 5. prunies are there in every foods which one to avoid and to have ?
