Hi,
Don't go for keto. It is a temporary diet. Instead, make necessary dietary changes that you can always follow.
Avoid eating junk, processed , oily food and sweets. Drink at least 3 litres of water daily, have water especially before meals.
Have a protein rich breakfast every morning.
Have your dinner early and keep it light.
Eat less rice, potatoes.
Snack healthy and avoid mindless munching. Have sprouts, roasted makhana, salads, fruits for snacks.
Watch the portions of food that you eat.
Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time
