Urgent need to urinate

I am 38years old woman married for nearly 4years I have recently diagonesd diabetic.
Since 5to 6 months I am facing a problem.
Whenever I get up from bed in the morning or any time I feel urgent need to urinate.
It sometime becomes difficult to control.
