I have COVID symptoms, although I am awaiting results but I have been having severe headache like scorching pain in head since 24hours. Till the reports come I have been azax500, dolo650,pand40.
Headache is really not going away a even after taking dolo650, can I take disprin right now so that I can sleep properly and check with doctor tomorrow or I should avoid dispirin after dolo650.
