Urgent help for skin rash Please help

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi,I had an waxing session yesterday. It was full arms,legs and only upper chest from neck . So today morning I suddenly noticed two patches exactly at the place of two side collarbones area . And am really confused if it's from waxing or something else. Please let me know the photo is attached here. Am in urgent help.
