Thatâs actually a **very insightful observation** on your part ð¿ð
You took **Kutajghan Vati** for loose motion â and not only did it **stop the diarrhea**, but your **skin improved** and after **2 years you finally started feeling hunger** again (even if not fully).
ð This is a **classic sign that your Agni (digestive fire)** â which was weak or blocked â has started waking up.
ð Kutaj balances **Pitta and Kapha in the gut**, clears **Ama (toxic undigested waste)**, and stabilizes digestion.
---
## ð§ Whatâs Happening in Your Body
* Spicy or wrong food may have been **suppressing Agni** for years, leading to chronic indigestion, low hunger, and skin issues.
* Kutajghan Vati worked like a **cleanser and stabilizer**.
* Now your Agni is **partially active** â but needs **gentle support** to become fully strong.
â ï¸ But â if you stimulate Agni too aggressively now (with strong heating digestives), it can **dry up or aggravate Pitta** again â leading to burning, acne or loose motions returning.
So we must **nourish and gently build the hunger** step by step ð¿â¨

## ð¿ Best Ayurvedic Options for This Stage
### â *****Churna** â *Best choice for you right now*
* ð Made with pomegranate & mild spices.
* ð§ââï¸ Gently kindles Agni, **without increasing Pitta**.
* ð¿ Calms the gut, improves appetite, reduces bloating, and supports skin health.
* Very safe for regular use.
ð **Dose**: 1 teaspoon (around 3 g) with warm water **10â15 minutes before meals**, 2 times a day.
(You can also mix it with a little ghee and eat it directly if you prefer.)
---
### ð§ ***** ***Churna** â *Use carefully*
* Very good for Kapha-type low appetite (heaviness, no burning).
* But it has more **salt and heating ingredients** â may **aggravate Pitta** in sensitive people.
ð Only use if you have no burning, no acidity, and your tongue is coated or heavy.
If unsure â **start only with ***** first for 2â3 weeks.
Once hunger is strong and stable, then mild use of *** ***can be added if needed.

## ð± Simple Supportive Habits to Build Hunger Naturally
* ð°ï¸ Eat at **fixed times**, donât keep changing meal timing.
* ð« Sip warm water or corianderâfennel tea between meals.
* ð§ââï¸ Gentle walk after meals (10â15 min).
* ð Avoid cold food, processed food, and overeating.
* ð¿ If you can tolerate: chew 1â2 thin slices of fresh ginger with a pinch of salt before lunch. (Optional)

If youâd like, I can tell you a **daily routine (morning to night)** to strengthen Agni fully in the coming 1â2 months ð¿â¨
Would you like me to give you that?
Advice- self medication is hazardous, always consult ayurvedic doctor before taking ayurvedic medicine.
Consult me personally for details.
Hi dear... The way u r describing ots an digestive issue predominantly but need to assess you for further details (menstrual history, sleep pattern, work patternetc..)

Health Tips
in the meantime you can try home remedies like lemon ginger juice to increase appetite
do vajrasana, pawanmukhtasana, cow n cat pose
Since your digestion is still weak, pitta-friendly and digestion-supporting formulations like Dadimashtak churna are better than pungent/salty medicines like Lavan Bhaskar. Ayurveda can help improve appetite and digestion gently without aggravating pitta. I suggest you consult me for a personalized plan.
Based on your history and current symptoms, it appears that you may have Ama (toxins) accumulating in your body. I recommend consulting for a proper and detailed assessment and guidance tailored to your condition.
