Urgent have upper outside thigh pain

I m 31 weeks pregnant..i am facing major pain while walking standing sitting on upper thigh left side..left thigh..got tetanus vaccine also 3 4 days back but this duz look like that pain..also suffering from siatica..pain is ry sharp n stabbing..cumz n goes..while i attemp to change position or stand..plz help..
