Urgent continuous cough. And v worried!

Urgent severe cough with throat irritation Mom's age: 59 I was having  medication for acidity, severe burping, IBS, dyspepsia, and severe flatulence. Over time the acidity and burping is to a much lesser extent but due to GERD and severe acid reflux I started developing cough. I also have allergic cold with occasional nose blockage and chest congestion. With these two issues I have been having persistent cough over 3 years. Initially for one year it was only while I ate the fir 1st morsel of food where I would feel choked. Later it has been consistent. It is very severe in the night. I have cervical spondylitis. I do not take a pillow but lately have started using a soft pillow. It is dry, continuous cough day and night and persistent, leaving my stomach and back hurting and come up to throat and giving irritation Attached is X-ray report. Plz help.
