Urgent : Child with Tumor

Respected Sir/Ma'am My 6 year old brother had a sudden pain behind his neck. On consulting a doctor and going through CT scan and MRI , he is said to suffer from tumor. Please look at the report attached and suggest me a doctor/hospital for treatment.
