Urgent-Banged head against door frame
My 5 year old girl hit her head ( left side front) badly 2 days back. I noticed a bump, pressed it gently . I didn't put anything on her head . She's still complaining of the pain though it's much lesser. Please advise urgently. Thank you.

You can give just analgesics like paracetamol as per weight and ice application can help to reduce swelling. If baby has vomiting or decreased activity or increased swelling size or appearance of any new complaints, better to visit nearby pediatrician or surgeon as baby has history of trauma.

U can give combiflame or ibugesic plus syrup to the baby as per weight 15mg/kg three times a day for 2 days . Apply ice packs to the area so that swelling will reduce.
