Asked for Male, 31 Years

Urge to urinate again after 2-5 minutes of urination....A feeling of tickling or itching on the penis tip and inside penis but only sometimes,....NO BURNING OR NO PAIN AND NO BLOOD ....and urge to urinate often ..specially after peeing...kindly do needful. I have done blood sugar test done which was 107 ( 2 hours after meal)...Ultrasound is perfectly normal and urine routine is quite normal too...
