Urge to take deep breath
Hello Dr... M feeling to take deep breath in every few minutes. And I have done my chest xray report is normal.. Ecg is normal and oxygen is 97.. I donno why m taking deep breath frequently... Its literally feeling odd and bcz of this I could not able to concentrate on my work...
My Hight is 5.3
Weight is 72
Suffering from gastric prob.. But taking naturolax A medicine for the same.
Pls suggest me why this is happening and suggest me remedies also...

I think you are being anxious. Continue with anti acidity medicine. U should do pranayam daily for 15 min . It will improve health of lungs and reduce anxiety. Also take steam 2 to 3 times a day. Watch for any other thing like fever, cough. If still not improved visit nearest physician

This is probably because of Gastritis you restrict intake of oily spicy and heavy food decrease stress get your motions clear daily if problem persists consult online for medication etc.

Most likely this is due to gastritis.
Start Syp Mucaine gel 5ml twice a day.
