Hi, I'm 29 yes old working women. My period was supposed to come on 31st of August but got delayed. So I took a pregnancy test (happy news upt kit) two dark pink line came. It means Positive right. Now question is 1) I am how many weeks pregnant 2) when should I need to see doctor 3) what precautions should I need to take... can I travel by bus? Note: I have only breast tenderness Especially around nipples. No other symptoms
